1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BotBox platform ("Service"), available at botboxmm.com, operated by SAI KYAW MIN KHANT (trading as BotBoxmm, "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, connecting messaging channels, or utilizing the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately refrain from accessing or using the Service.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The Service is exclusively designed for business and commercial operations. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to create an account or use BotBox.

3. Description of Service & Data Ownership

BotBox provides an omnichannel customer communication and multi-channel shared inbox platform that allows businesses to connect, route, and manage messaging channels (including Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Viber, and Line) within a unified management interface.

Data Ownership: You (the subscriber / business owner) retain full and exclusive ownership of your customer conversation data, contact profiles, and business assets. BotBox acts strictly as a data processor providing software infrastructure on your behalf.

4. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Policies

Users connecting third-party platforms to BotBox must strictly comply with the respective policies of each platform:

• Meta Platform Terms & Developer Policies: Users must comply with Meta's Commercial Terms, Community Standards, and Messenger 24-hour standard messaging window policy. Sending promotional broadcasts outside allowed windows is strictly prohibited.
• Telegram Terms of Service: Users must adhere to Telegram Bot API guidelines.
• Viber & Line Guidelines: Users must respect business communication policies for Viber and Line official accounts.

* Violation of third-party platform rules may lead to suspension by the respective provider or suspension of your BotBox account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use BotBox for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sending unsolicited spam, bulk marketing without user opt-in, or deceptive commercial schemes
• Transmitting unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Impersonating individuals or misrepresenting business identities
• Attempting to probe, exploit, or bypass platform security, API rate limits, or network architecture
• Using automated scripts to scrape or overload platform infrastructure

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SAI KYAW MIN KHANT, BotBoxmm, and their respective operators from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) any violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party platform policies (including Meta Developer Policies); or (d) any infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary rights, software code, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation related to BotBox remain the exclusive intellectual property of SAI KYAW MIN KHANT and BotBoxmm. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the platform in accordance with their subscription.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Myanmar.

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith mutual negotiations. In the event an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Myanmar.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be published on our website. Your continued use of BotBox following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance.
